for customer convenience, we do not need returns. If product is damaged or missing pieces, contact us for refund options. Must show proof of damage or missing pieces, or other reason for refund. Pretty in Pink will reply within 15 days after reviewing your claim. we are not obligated to refund every claim we receive. only valid reasons for refund.
